Business Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-oriented Business Operations Manager to help scale our operations as we grow. This role sits at the center of the company, partnering across Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product, and Engineering to drive alignment, improve performance, and turn strategy into execution.

You will act as a force multiplier for leadership by identifying operational gaps, building scalable processes, and ensuring the business runs on data and not guesswork.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Performance & Metrics

  • Create & Own company-wide operational reporting and dashboards
  • Define, track, and analyze KPIs across Revenue, Customer, and Product teams
  • Identify performance gaps and recommend data-driven improvements

Cross-Functional Execution

  • Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from idea to rollout
  • Drive accountability around timelines, deliverables, and outcomes

Process Design & Scale

  • Design and optimize scalable processes for a growing tech organization
  • Standardize workflows, handoffs, and operating rhythms
  • Reduce manual work through automation and tooling improvements

 Forecasting & Capacity Planning

  • Support headcount modeling and resource allocation decisions
  • Build models to ensure teams can meet growth and SLA targets

Strategic Projects

  • Support annual planning, KPI tracking, and business reviews
  • New product innovations and ideas

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 4–8+ years in Business Operations, Strategy & Ops, Consulting, or similar roles in a tech or SaaS company
  • Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and customer-facing teams
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel/Sheets mastery; SQL or BI tools a plus)
  • Ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured solutions
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Strong business judgment and systems thinking
  • Clear communicator who can influence without authority
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Jira, or BI platforms
