Business Operations Specialist

The Business Operations Specialist will support operational initiatives and cross-functional projects across the company. Working closely with the Head of Operations, this role will help drive process improvements, support operational tooling, and ensure teams are aligned on company initiatives.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Systems & Tools

  • Manage and optimize operational workflows in ClickUp and other internal tools.
  • Support the onboarding of teams onto operational platforms.
  • Implement system enhancements and workflow improvements.
  • Maintain operational reporting dashboards.

Cross-Functional Operations

  • Work closely with internal teams to understand operational requirements.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams.
  • Ensure knowledge is shared effectively across departments.
  • Support teams in navigating operational challenges and resolving blockers.

Process Improvement & SOP Development

  • Assist in designing and implementing operational processes.
  • Support the creation and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure processes are clearly defined and aligned across teams.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements.

Project & Initiative Support

  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and internal projects.
  • Track progress and ensure stakeholders remain aligned.
  • Support operational planning and execution of strategic initiatives.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Gather and analyze operational data to support decision-making.
  • Maintain dashboards and reports related to billing, operations, and performance.
  • Support KPI implementation and performance tracking.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Consulting, or a similar role.
  • Experience working in technology, fintech, SaaS, or high-growth environments.
  • Experience with operational tools such as ClickUp, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus.
