Brand & Communications Manager/Lead

As Brand & Communications Manager/Lead, you will be the strategic custodian of D24 Fintech’s corporate brand, narrative, and reputation. You will shape how D24 Fintech is positioned to investors, partners, regulators, media, and enterprise clients across all markets. This role is central to building long-term trust, credibility, and positive PR sentiment, ensuring that D24 Fintech is consistently perceived as a serious, compliant, and institutional-grade fintech group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own D24 Fintech’s corporate brand strategy and positioning
  • Define and manage group-level messaging, tone of voice, and narrative frameworks
  • Lead external communications, PR alignment, and reputation management
  • Partner with PR agencies to drive positive media sentiment and thought leadership
  • Develop corporate messaging for leadership, investors, and enterprise audiences
  • Oversee brand governance across all subsidiaries and platforms
  • Lead corporate storytelling across websites, press, decks, and presentations
  • Support enterprise and white-label sales with strong brand narratives and materials
  • Drive internal brand alignment and employer branding
  • Manage crisis communication frameworks where required
  • Ensure all communications meet regulatory, compliance, and governance standards
  • Lead global external events strategy and execution, ensuring D24 Fintech’s presence at key international industry events, conferences, and forums, while managing end-to-end marketing operations, planning, and coordination to maximize brand visibility, stakeholder engagement, and ROI

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 5–7 years in branding, communications, PR, or corporate marketing
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, technology, or regulated industries
  • Strong experience with investor-facing and enterprise-grade communications
  • Proven leadership in managing agencies and cross-functional teams
