Recruiter & Employer Branding Specialist

As a Recruiter & Employer Branding Specialist, you will own end-to-end hiring execution and help shape how our company shows up in the talent market. You will work closely with leadership – especially Tech, Sales, and Marketing leaders – to attract high-quality talent while building a credible and authentic employer brand.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on recruiting, partnering with demanding stakeholders, and building hiring structures in a fast-scaling fintech organization.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruiting

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for tech and business roles (from intake to offer)
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify role needs, profiles, and priorities
  • Drive structured hiring processes that balance speed, quality, and candidate experience
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, and offer processes

Hiring Quality & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Support hiring managers in improving interview quality and decision-making
  • Help define clear role scopes, success profiles, and evaluation criteria
  • Act as a trusted recruiting partner, not just an execution arm
  • Manage expectations and promote data-based hiring decisions

Employer Branding & Talent Attraction

  • Build and maintain a strong, authentic employer brand aligned with company culture and values
  • Own and improve the careers page, job ads, and the organization’s LinkedIn presence
  • Shape employer messaging for tech and non-tech talent
  • Partner with the Marketing department when relevant to ensure consistency and reach

Recruitment Operations & Market Intelligence

  • Manage recruitment partners and agencies where needed
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for critical roles
  • Track recruiting data (time-to-hire, quality signals, pipeline health)
  • Provide market insights

Scaling & Improvement Initiatives

  • Help professionalize hiring practices as the company scales
  • Contribute to interview standards, hiring playbooks, and onboarding alignment
  • Support diversity, fairness, and consistency in hiring decisions

Qualifications & Requirements

  • University degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • 3–5+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
  • Experience hiring in tech, fintech, or fast-growing companies is a strong advantage
  • Proven experience running end-to-end hiring processes
  • Strong understanding of tech and business role profiles
  • Comfortable partnering with senior and demanding stakeholders
  • Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Confidence using recruiting tools
