Senior FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis)

We are looking for an analytical and strategic-thinking Senior FP&A to join our fast-growing organization. This is a new position in the Finance and Accounting team that will fill the current gap in our capabilities while also supporting other functions within the team. This position will serve as a key business partner to senior leadership, driving financial insights, building forecasting capabilities, and supporting data-driven decision-making. The Senior FP&A will also be involved in the month-end process and assist with closing of accounts, with particular focus on reporting on and forecasting cash flows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual planning and quarterly forecasting, including P&L and cash flow forecasts.
  • Assist with preparing monthly reports, particularly in reporting against forecasts and cash flow reporting.
  • Conduct scenario analyses to support strategic decisions, product launches, and geographic expansion.
  • Partner with Product, Growth, Operations, Tech, and other business functions teams to understand financial drivers.
  • Support the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes as required, including preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate revenue recognition, expense accruals, and financial statement integrity.
  • Prepare internal management reports, board reporting packages, and materials for investor presentations.
  • Assist with audit requests and work closely with external auditors to provide supporting documentation.
  • Ensure financial results align with IAS and internal accounting policies.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations that improve profitability, efficiency, and unit economics.
  • Own monthly and quarterly business reviews, providing KPI tracking and variance analysis.
  • Improve internal reporting frameworks and automate workflows as the company scales.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of FP&A, accounting, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting experience.
  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, high-growth tech, or financial services.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (P&L, cash flow, working capital).
  • Knowledge of IAS and financial statement preparation principles.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics and Business Central One.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to convey insights to executive stakeholders.
